Where to go for cooking classes including vegetarian, healthy, kids, Indian, Italian and online courses:
Cooking classes are a great way to learn new kitchen skills and recipes and meet new friends with a shared interest in food and drink. They can help build your confidence in the kitchen and allow you to return with new talents.
The Drummer Boy is my latest novel about the ghost of a Gordon Highlander Drummer Boy from the Battle of Waterloo who haunts a modern day army nurse.
Chapters take place in modern day Aberdeen, at the Noose & Monkey bar and restaurant as well as His Majesty’s Theatre and Garthdee. Other scenes take place at Tidworth and during the Napoleonic War.
Read the first three chapters for free on most devices.
They are ideal for those wanting to make lifestyle changes through vegetarian or healthy eating and can also help you create new styles of cuisine from across the globe such as Indian or Italian. There are even special ones for those who want their children to develop a love of cookery and for those who do not have the time or money to go to a residential or day class there are even online ones.
