Cauliflower Bake
Delicious and easy to make cauliflower bake recipe using creme fraiche and parmesan cheese
This cauliflower bake has quickly become a family favourite. It is so tasty and best of all is quick to prepare and bake. It has kindly been provided by Emma Long from her book More Quick and Easy Homemade Meals: Simple Tasty Dishes for the Busy Person

Ingredients
3 medium cauliflower florets
2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of crème fraiche
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of dried breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs
How To Make Cauliflower Bake
Add the salt to a pan of water and bring it to the boil.
Cook the cauliflower until it becomes tender and then drain the water.
Mix the breadcrumbs, black pepper, mixed herbs and the parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Combine the crème fraiche and the cauliflower and then place it into an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs mixture over the top.
Bake in the oven on 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4 for twenty minutes.
Enjoy on its own or serve with your favourite meal. We enjoy our cauliflower bake with chicken schnitzel.
