Buttermilk Dressing Recipe
Quick ten minute recipe to make a buttermilk ranch sauce dressing to accompany your favourite food as a dip
This thick and creamy buttermilk dressing recipe takes just ten minutes to make and is reproduced here from Breakfast for Dinner: Recipes for Frittata Florentine, Huevos Rancheros, Sunny-Side Up Burgers, and More!, by Lindsay Landis. It makes the perfect ranch style dipping sauce to accompany her chicken with cornflake crust recipe. She also recommends it to go with fish or chips. This will make about half a cup.
The Drummer Boy is my latest novel about the ghost of a Gordon Highlander Drummer Boy from the Battle of Waterloo who haunts a modern day army nurse.
Chapters take place in modern day Aberdeen, at the Noose & Monkey bar and restaurant as well as His Majesty’s Theatre and Garthdee. Other scenes take place at Tidworth and during the Napoleonic War.
